Luljeta Nuzi came to the UK as a refugee in 1999. Motivated by her own experience, she set up the Shpresa Programme in January 2001. Shpresa, meaning ‘hope’, is a community led organisation that works with the Albanian speaking community to enable them to settle and fully participate in society.
